The new Bütfering Profiline SBR is setting new standards in the surface finishing . There are almost no limits to the application of Bütfering brushing technology. The sanding result is setting standards for solid wood and lacquer sanding, as well as for the preparation of the foil applications.
Bütfering brushing technique, especially following a Bütfering Wide Belt Sander , gives the finishing touch for higher quality surfaces. Solid wood surfaces can be significantly improved by using this process. Especially three dimensional workpieces, such as MDF front panels, solid wood framed doors, wooden windows and cassette fronts can be processed timesaving and efficiently.
The Profiline SBR line is putting it's emphasis on the Edge-Contour Brush (ECB) process in dialogue with 2 or 3 rotating finishing brushes. Fibres and pinholes are effectively removed from the wooden surface by this Bütfering innovation.
The graphic operation principle shows the combination of the oscillating ECB head and the 2 or 3 finishing brushes. The SBR concept is further based on a variable axial angle of the finishing brushes, realising the varying cutting direction angles of the differing directions of rotation of the finishing brushes. This leads to shearing-off of the fibres on the surfaces from all kinds of directions.
Especially the ECB head distinguishes by very good sanding results in profiles, mainly being the reasons for the overlapping of the rotation and oscillation movement.
Application of the SBR technology:
All workpiece edges are evenly rounded off by the applications of a brushing machine, the layer thickness of the surface layers to be applicated is analogously reducing by smoother and "calmer" surfaces.
