Flexible machine concept

As the field of irregulary shaped workpieces has become more and more extensive and one single piece is a normal batch size today, the Optimat KTD 820 has been created for this individual profile of requirement.

The solution is:

• you always move the lighter part, the panel, or, the gluing unit.
• A large panel can be fixed by means of n vacuum suction device and can easily be processed.

The gluing unit is nearly weightless because of the spring tension device and therefore can be guided around nearly every panel contour. If a small workpiece is concerned, the KTD 820 can be changed into a table machine with very little effort.
